Our philosophy is that your IT should work for you, not the other way around. Often IT can be perceived as a financial "Black Hole" or never ending drain on your already stretched bottom line... it's important to us that you see and demonstrate a real return on your investment in our services.

All of our support contracts are tailor made to the requests of our clients, but they mainly fall into two distinct categories - Onsite or Remote.

For those companies that require more than just someone at the other end of the phone we provide technicians to be available onsite, whether that be one day per week or five days per week we will make sure you have the resources to implement your IT strategies.

Alternatively you may not require onsite support, in this case we provide remote telephone and secure remote desktop control for our clients, enabling us to either explain to one of your employees how to resolve an issue or take control of their keyboard and mouse and resolve the issue for them.
